Debbie’s operational experience covers Research, Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications. She has over 20 years’ in-house experience, four years of which was as a Director of a global beverage company. She has been involved at a senior level in a range of communication and change management projects including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructuring, relocation, a management buy‐out, MMC/OFT enquiries and global expansion and so understands the demands of the commercial environment.

For over 15 years she has been running her own successful consultancy specialising in executive coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and change management. The majority of her clients are CEOs, MDs, Directors and Heads of Dept.

We broke down seemingly complicated scenarios into actionable plans and milestones. She shared and helped me choose from a range of tools and frameworks that were appropriate to the problems I was trying to solve. Most importantly she pushed continuously for reflection, self-awareness, rationality, conclusion, action planning and follow-through.
