Debbie is incredibly easy to get to know and like…we built strong trust between us very early on and I felt she was genuinely keen to see me succeed and this allowed us to go to a much deeper level on my own specific needs and goals. Debbie has a great way of gently pushing and probing that really helped me to reflect and think about myself both past and future.
